Welcome to Paula’s Pet Sitting!

Daily Dog Walking

Dog Walker

Does your pooch need some relief and exercise mid day? We’ll be there! One of our caregivers will visit your home to walk your dog in your neighborhood, play ball in the yard or give them some well-deserved love and attention.

Home Visits

Dog Walker

Headed out of town or out for the night? No problem!  One of our caregivers will visit your home up to 4 times per day.  We will stop by in the Morning, Mid Day, Late afternoon and bedtime to take care of your precious pals.

Overnight Care

Dog Walker

Is your pet afraid of the dark? Do they get lonely at night? Have one of our sitter’s spend the night to give your pets extra time and snuggles and your home the added security of a live-in caregiver.

Dog Walker

Does your dog need more than usual human contact?  Are you away for an extended period? Is she comfortable in other people’s homes?  We offer individual attention, a secure fenced yard and the opportunity to socialize with dogs and people in our home.

Dog Walker

We understand how difficult it can be to find reliable care for your hobby farm pets such as horses, donkeys, chickens, ducks, turkeys, sheep or goats.  Our Pet Sitters have experience caring for farm type animals that are considered part of the family.

  • Diabetes In Pets

Often a less talked about problem in the pet health world is diabetes in cats or dogs.  Operating similarly in both humans and pets, diabetes is a manageable health problem that should be highlighted more, if simply to enable you to recognize the symptoms earlier.  While a diagnosis of diabetes for your pet may […]

  • Mentally Stimulating Toys for Pets

As pet professionals, we know your top priority is in your pets mental and physical welfare.  Already, you are being proactive by hiring a professional service to care for them while you are at work, but there are other ways you can keep them entertained (and out of the trash bin).  Either through personal use […]

  • Food Aggression in Dogs

Like toenail clippings in the sink, dirty dishes on the table, or wearing muddy shoes in the house, food aggression in animals is an example of personal baggage that can come with your new special friend.  Food aggression includes many resource guarding behaviors, and it can spell disaster for a healthy pet relationship if not […]

  • 5 Ways to Help Animal Shelters During the Holidays

Whether you are a college grad who doesn’t want another package of cleverly wrapped underwear or a parent who can’t stand the thought of getting more Legos to trip over, the holidays do not have to mean exchanging gifts only with family.  If you are looking for a charitable organization this holiday season, consider your […]

  • Fearful or Defensive Aggression in Dogs

It is one of our joys in the business of pet sitting to meet the many different personalities of your loved ones.  Sometimes they are shy, sometimes enthusiastic, and occasionally they need to be convinced we are a good thing.  Defending their territory is a characteristic in every dog’s personality, but sometimes it gets in […]

“Paula and Amy are amazing! They take such great care of my Sadie girl and they also watch my doggy-niece. I recommend Paula’s service whenever I can. So thankful to have some great people in Midland doing this!”
